Professional Development for Educators
St. Louis LDA aims to meet the needs of each school by being flexible about the services we are able to provide and to work towards enhancing what you have in place already.
Schools may choose to use each service individually on an as-needed basis, or they can be bundled into a package of services. That bundling can take the form of a series of Professional Development workshops, or having an Educational Consultant on campus for a number of hours per week.
We are also able to work with your staff and administration to develop other types of services based on the needs of your students, families, and staff.
Services can include:
Classroom observations
Creating Behavior Support Plans and/or Behavior Intervention Plans
Teacher meetings to discuss teaching style, methods, classroom concerns, etc.
Develop and run Care Team Meetings
Work with students individually or in small groups
Tailor services specific to your school and/or staff needs
Professional Development Workshops (
